Since 2008 we have been operating Duty Free & Travel Retail shops under our own retail brand „Heinemann Duty Free”. The key to success lies in our brand values „personal, surprising, service-oriented”. These values are reflected in all areas of the shop concept – from the architecture to the product range and the performance of the employees. The interior is largely responsible for the individual touch of each Heinemann Duty Free shop.
Joint ventures
In addition to shops under our own brand „Heineman Duty Free”, we also operate shops worldwide in a joint venture network under other names, for example in partnership with airports such as „Frankfurt Airport Retail” or with local partners such as „Unifree Duty Free” in Istanbul. The many years of close cooperation and the combined know-how of our joint venture partnerships pave the way for further strengthening the retail business at airports and for responding jointly and optimally to future developments in international travel retail and to the changing needs and requirements of travellers, including in the flourishing field of e-commerce.

Internationally renowned brands such as Hermès, Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Hugo Boss, Bvlgari, Burberry, Ferragamo, Alexander McQueen, Chloé, Givenchy, Off-White, Breitling, Cartier, Omega, IWC or Montblanc guarantee travellers an exclusive, high-quality range of products.
Multi-brand stores
In addition, the multi-brand concepts developed by Gebr. Heinemann bring the design and atmosphere of international department stores to the most important international airports, making shopping for passengers a special, extraordinary travel experience. The individual and tailor-made concepts offer the brands excellent visibility.
